Why: We chose this topic because it’s a big problem for teenagers around the world. The script is written after the experience teenage girls get when they suddenly have to face that they have a life is developing inside them. We also wanted to show that a girl who was just so self-centered, who slowly turns into a better person by realizing her surroundings…
How would this teenager’s experience/ Outlook/ Desire be different from their parents’?
Experience:
· When her parents where young this would be shunned by the society and maybe even her parents.
· Medical care would be worse
· Mentally disturbed/depression (because the society is ignoring)
· Not support group
Outlook:
· Shameful of their daughter, these kinds of things are not acceptable
· No future, no help (in the past time)
· Nowadays opportunity is greater for the girls (she still can participate in social activities)
Desires:
· She would have more freedom to choose whether to keep the baby or not.
· In the past days, her parents would not have the right to keep the baby, furthermore they would be forced to get an abortion.
· In the past, they will desire for support and understanding (now it is more about continuing your normal life)

© Other background: She was born in Mongolia, lived there for 10 years, moved to Norway for 4 years than moved to California. IN Mongolia she was really respectful to her parents, however, after moving to Norway she became friends with the wrong crowd, and then when she moved to California she started to become popular by doing certain things, which are not considered good things. (Most people would call her fake!)
After getting pregnant things changed for her

Before she didn’t care about anything else, but herself, however, after getting pregnant and going through everything that came with it she has realized that the world is not always good.
